well, with Tribbles being fuzzy rocks, it would kind of be like if peeps plugged all the water pumping stations in the midwest.

Huge, giant peeps. Water-logged and expanded to the size of skyscrapers, or at least bars of soap. Really screw with the water supply and life as we know it, but wouldn't be terribly intelligent, useful, provide any meaningful dialog aside from making water-logged and explosive noises.

That is what borg + tribbles equals.

Well, they would have the cyber stuff, so they would be somewhat intelligent.

Maybe they would play on-line games all day. Plus make those cool noises.
